The CREONE Key Management System is an advanced and modern solution used for the control, monitoring and storage of keys. It involves a locked key cabinet called “Keybox,” with numerous types of access controls, such as key pads, biometrics, proximity or mag-stripe cards, integrated into an advanced key management software called “Keywin.” Each key is locked into place using an “intellipin” that allows only the removal of a key by an individual for whom authorization has been set. CREONE key cabinets can be grouped together to increase storage volume or dispersed in multiple locations throughout a facility with computer interface control.
CREONE also produces the Valuebox cabinets that can be used to store documents, medicine, chemicals, firearms, radios, laptops, handheld devices, and other sensitive items. Keybox and Valuebox are available in three series – (i) Basic, (ii) System and (iii) Control, all of which have multiple models and sizes. (i) The Basic series is based on simplicity and security. The cabinets are equipped with a keypad for entering codes and programming. The key cabinet has a small green diode above the keypad that indicates that the cabinet is active and blinks faster when it is in service mode. (ii) The System series is a flexible and intelligent series of cabinets featuring a keypad with an easy-to-read display and simple programming. The System series can also be administered using KeyWin Light, which logs and saves all events. (iii) The Control series is the smartest system with electronic key identification and management for tracking and control of each individual key. The key cabinets are administered via the KeyWin 6 software which logs and saves all events.
